Bill Foster
Bill is currently the Executive Director of Parking and Transportation at Florida International University. With over 15 years of experience in the parking industry, he started at Hartsfield International Airport (now Hartsfield-Jackson) in Atlanta, GA. He then became a General Manager at the Jacksonville International Airport, where he spent 5 years. After that contract ended, he moved to the University of North Florida for three years before coming to his present position in February, 2002. His duties at FIU include responsibility for the Parking and Transportation staff of over 75 employees, including the Public Service Aides, the CATS and Golden Panther Express transportation services, and the university's Vehicle Services auxiliary. Bill currently serves as chair of the Parking and Transportation Advisory Committee and the President's Climate Commitment Task Force. He also serves on the College of Medicine Implementation Team and the Emergency Management's Core Committee. |
