All contractors and vendors conducting business on any FIU campus are required to purchase an employee parking permit (at the lowest staff rate), a daily parking permit or a 30-day parking permit. One semester, two semesters and annual parking permits are also available for purchase.
Daily and monthly parking permits can be purchased on PayByPhone or by downloading the PayByPhone application.
- Daily Permit – $3.15 plus tax (Student space)
- Monthly Permit – $28.35 plus tax (Student space)
